Privacy notice

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data SellSquared collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

Sell Squared Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 708434), registered office 33 Whitethorn Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions about this notice or your data: hello@sellsquared.com.

2. What we collect

  • Business Value Score. Your answers are calculated in your browser. We do not receive them unless you choose to send them to us using the "Send to Peter" form.
  • If you send your Score, we collect your first name, email address, company name (optional), when you might want to exit or step back, your answers and your scores.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, your message, and which page you came from.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To save your progress through the Score, your browser stores your answers on your own device (local storage). You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation with Peter Turley: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
  • To follow up about your Score results: your consent.

We will not send you marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them. We never sell your data.

4. Who can see it

Only SellSquared's founders, Peter Turley and PJ Timmins. Our website is hosted by Lovable, and form submissions are stored in a database run by its provider, Supabase. Both act only on our instructions as data processors. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • give it to you, or another organisation, in a portable format.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@sellsquared.com. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. We will respond within one month.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission: www.dataprotection.ie.

8. Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
